Building Business Resilience Amid War: Entrepreneurs Nationwide Complete Strategic Planning Training

In December 2025, a major nationwide series of intensive workshops has recently concluded, bringing together entrepreneurs and community leaders from across Ukraine. This unified program was designed as a strategic response to the most urgent wartime challenges: the critical need for resource optimization and the mobilization of alternative funding to ensure the survival and growth of MSMEs.

The curriculum, implemented consistently across all participating cities, focused on two pivotal tracks. The Financial Opportunities track equipped participants with the expertise to navigate state programs (such as the “5-7-9%” initiative and “Vlasna Sprava”) and international grants, focusing on high-quality application drafting and successful capital raising. Simultaneously, the Circular Economy track provided hands-on tools for adopting Zero Waste principles, Lean management, and waste recycling technologies. By integrating these two disciplines, the initiative helped businesses throughout Ukraine identify new funding streams while simultaneously reducing operational waste and adopting sustainable models, ensuring long-term competitiveness in a crisis-driven economy.
